DIRECTORS
As an alumnus of Abia State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Mr. Anosike couples his academic credentials with a robust career in real estate, property development, and facility management. His broad-spectrum expertise encompasses construction strategy, along with the procurement, management, and sale of diverse property portfolios. This well-rounded professional background accentuates his practical acumen in delivering complex property projects successfully.
Engr Michael O NWABUEZE KSM, FCE
Engr Michael obtained his B.Eng Mechanical Engineering in 2005 from UNN, He went further to obtain his Master of Engineering In 2014 from UniPort and later a PhD in Engineering Management in 2023. He is a Regent Business School in Durban South Africa Scholar. Engr Michael had been in banking industry with FirstBank where he ventured into Project financing and project management for the bank under their oil and gas unit and construction section teams.
Holds both a BSc and MSC degree in Architecture. He is an experienced architect specializing in custom building projects for individuals and companies. Among his successful projects are the construction of a 5000 mass housing scheme at Apo Tafaiya, Abuja, and the design of Dunamis Camp Ground, Wuse, Abuja.
MANAGERS
BSc, LL. B, a graduate of Ekiti State University, is an accomplished legal practitioner with a keen understanding of legal research, drafting, and litigation. She is the company's Lawyer and Manager.
BSc in Accounting, a graduate of the University of Port Harcourt, is an efficient and diligent Accountant who brings her skills in project finance, project management, and financial modeling to bear on managing and harnessing the finances of the organization.
